About Us

Thomas Manser West son of a painter, plumber and glazier from Harewood (near Leeds) formed T.M.West Plumbers around the turn of the century.

T.M.West is now one of the oldest plumbing, heating and drainage companies in Leeds. We still have the same ethos and values today that we instilled in the company over a hundred years ago. We are still a family run firm that pride ourselves on value for money, traditional craftsmanship combined with the latest technology, thus enabling our company to offer our customers the very best experience in quality, workmanship and price. Being a privately owned family firm we are small enough to ‘care’ and large enough to respond to “on demand service”, whether it’s a faulty flush, blocked toilet, dripping tap, full bathroom suite, replacement boiler or even a full heating system. We are there to help and advise.

We have an excellent standard of service, with many loyal customers and many testimonials to our credit. Our aim is to give our customers a standard of service second to none. Our engineers are polite and helpful, whilst carrying out their duties in a professional workmanlike manner. This is the standard our customers expect, which we carry out 365 days of the year.

We operate a genuine 24 hour service in the event of an emergency, where a plumber or gas engineer can be deployed to you on a evening or weekend. This genuine service operates from 5pm - 7am Monday to Friday and throughout the whole of the weekend. Please note:- ‘Call Out Rates’ apply for this service.
